An initial meet up is important (physical or online) so as to get to meet and discuss matters related to your wedding and the package you have selected. This is to also create a rapport between us.

Get to an agreement.
After getting acquainted and agreeing on a package, we will then get to an agreement with all the requirements and expectations for your wedding. To reserve the date, you'll be charged a retainer fee of 20% of the agreedpackage after we get to an agreement, you will also pay the rest of the package price, either at once or over instalments by the wedding date. For destination weddings, all transport and accommodation costs are billed to the client.

FAQ
What is our preferred style of photography?
We offer a unique, fun and creative style of photography. We are committed to telling your story the best way we know how, through breathtaking photos. Our style embraces the use of natural light to capture your day and all the intimate moments as naturally as possible. We understand how important the wedding and the moments therein are and so we strive to achieve all that as you would have seen it.
We don't over-saturate photos.
Do we bring artificial lights?
Yes we do. They are mostly to compliment the natural and ambient light that is already there and to help out in poorly lit sites. We try not to be distracting on your big day.
How many hours will we shoot?
Our hours vary depending on the package selected which are all day weddings (morning to evening). We also shoot at night receptions. This is discussed during the meet up. Hours also vary depending on security protocols, curfews et al.
How many photos should you expect?
For a 9-10 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 700 to 900 edited images depending on the hours or duration of the wedding.
We edit all photos taken on the day. We however don't deliver RAW FILES. If they are needed, you should request for them early. Raw files are deleted to create space for other weddings.
Photos are delivered on an online link.
How long does editing take?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 5 weeks (sometimes less or more depending on the season we photograph your story). You will choose the photos you want on your photobook, this is very very crucial.
You can also order more photo mounts and frames.
Will we use your images in any advertising or marketing?
We usually request the couple to allow us use photos for Instagram and our site here. These photos include prep shots, details, cake and photos taken during the photo session and maybe one or two dancing at the reception or after party.
These images help us to continually build our brand and to reach more clients.
Do we work on a mood board/short list?
Rarely, why? Each wedding is unique in every sense of the word. We are also creative beings haha and short lists would restrict creativity. We do however take short lists and ideas of the shots you (the couple) would love to have. So don't be shy.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20% of the price on the agreed package. The rest of the agreed amount can be paid in installments and completed on the eve of the wedding day.
Have we ever shot at your venue?
There is a chance that we have never shot at your venue before. We could always arrange a site meeting on a date we are all available. Week days are best for this.
Where are we located?
We are located in the greenest town soon to be city haha, KERICHO. We shoot weddings here in Kericho and also travel out of the county and country hopefully.
All travel and accommodation costs are billed to the client.
What will we wear?
We will mimic a style as close as possible to the to the other wedding guests, this is to avoid standing out in case one of us is captured in the photos.
